​Liew Niyomkarn is an interdisciplinary artist based in Antwerp with an experimental practice in sound and performance. Liew’s work reflects on geography’s historical roots, often referencing rituals, audio culture, and forms of co-existence between human and non-human beings. She uses found objects, field recordings, coding language, video, text and spoken word; all combined with a sonic palette highlighting the properties of sound itself.
