Other Futures

Poet, philosopher, psychologist and professor Bayo Akomolafe calls for a new ethics: We must consider the whole world as being alive. We are not alone: we are beings amongst other beings and are intimately entangled with each other. Akomolafe argues that the manner in which we react to a crisis is part of that crisis. In a workshop during the festival, he will offer a new perspective on social action and social change. “We are beings amongst other beings and we are intimately entangled with a vibrant world.”
