In 2020, Other Futures selected eleven applicants to participate in the speculative fiction writing workshop Envisioning Other Futures, which was led by Filipina science fiction writer, Rochita Loenen-Ruiz.

The stories are published in a special festival-edition book, which you can read/download here. On 18 February 2021 the writers got together to present their works through a live stream event from VondelCS. The event is available to watch back on Other Futures Channel.
